Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing project management methodologies, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards. The Project Manager will communicate progress to stakeholders, and work on driving continuous process improvement across projects. Exposure to Banking will be a plus.

• Strong project management skills, including knowledge of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Experience in team coordination, leadership, and resource management.
• Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving techniques to address project challenges.
• Understanding of technological processes, including test engineering, product engineering, and accessibility compliance.
