Job Description

Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic and action-oriented Project Manager to lead the rollout of a University Program in partnership with a Tech Giant. The role requires hands-on leadership in building a field team, engaging with colleges, streamlining operations, and meeting onboarding and student selection targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership

             •          Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of Project Coordinators/Field Executives.

             •          Set clear objectives, performance standards, and reporting structures.

             •          Ensure team alignment with project goals and timelines.

College Outreach Oversight

             •          Develop and execute a college outreach roadmap for the region.

             •          Guide the team in identifying, visiting, and onboarding educational institutions.

             •          Handle high-level meetings with college administration where required.

Student Shortlisting Oversight

             •          Supervise and standardize the student selection process.

             •          Ensure quality and consistency in shortlisted candidates across campuses.

             •          Support the team in executing outreach events and info sessions in colleges.

Operational & Project Management

             •          Track regional targets (college onboarding and student nominations) and ensure timely execution.

             •          Maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership review.

             •          Address field-level challenges, escalations, and institutional concerns proactively.

 

Stakeholder Coordination

             •          Liaise with internal leadership, regional partners, and college authorities.

             •          Represent the project at institutional or community events if required.

Requirements

             •          Graduate degree in any discipline; Master's or MBA preferred.

             •          4–6 years of experience in project management, campus outreach, education programs, or team leadership roles.

             •          Proven experience in building and managing a team.

             •          Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.

             •          Comfortable with field travel and fast-paced execution.

             •          Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Experience

             •          Background in educational initiatives, ambassador programs, CSR outreach, or edtech.

             •          Familiarity with regional academic institutions and student communities.

             •          Understanding of tools, reporting systems and dashboards.

This is a contractual role for 6-8 months.
