Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The role involves leading engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design phases within the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
- Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
- Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets
- Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards
- Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews
- Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively
- Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases
- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech/BBA(Operations)/MBA(Operations)/M.E/ M.Tech(Preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, or Industrial projects
- Experience in project estimation, FEED, and detailed engineering execution
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, Aspen HYSYS, STAAD
- Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO standards
- Exposure to offshore/onshore engineering projects
