Project Manager

About Position:

We are looking for a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs/projects, drive governance and execution discipline, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more Salesforce programs/projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive governance, execution discipline, and successful delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Lead project planning, estimation, release planning, delivery tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate across Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in project management, Salesforce Platform delivery, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Experience facilitating project governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
