About Position

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of complex solutions including cloud deployment of the Control Center platform, wireless core, and edge components in collaboration with Cisco partners. The position requires strong crossfunctional leadership, deep telecom domain expertise, and the ability to manage technical design, delivery execution, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful implementation, launch, and transition to operational teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and deliver solutions involving cloud deployment of Control Center platforms, wireless core, and edge components
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers to build trusted working relationships
  • Clarify technical design details and manage design and delivery escalations
  • Collaborate closely with operator staff throughout the delivery process to resolve blockers for successful outcomes
  • Understand all technical steps required for implementation and launch
  • Develop and manage mutually agreed delivery plans with customers and partners
  • Identify delivery issues and work with Product and Software Development teams to prioritize and resolve them
  • Collaborate with Product teams to capture requirements from MSPs and communicate them clearly to functional teams
  • Own delivery of all implementations with signed partners
  • Manage the transition to operational teams, including Support and Solutions Engineering
  • Maintain technical proficiency across solution capabilities, features, and planned enhancements

Expertise You'll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred)
  • PMP or Masters degree in IT Project Management (preferred)
  • Proven Project Management experience in customer-facing environments
  • Prior telecommunications management experience
  • Experience in M2M / connected devices environments
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight delivery deadlines
  • Experience working with multi-national teams remotely using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx)
  • 10+ years of GSM / GPRS technical experience
  • Knowledge of GSM / GPRS core network architecture, IP switching and routing concepts, firewalls
  • Superior analytical, communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Language skills are a plus (Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Working knowledge of desktop tools such as MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and MS Project
