Purpose of Job:
Drive the process reengineering and transformation projects across clinical processes (medical claims, Clinical appeals, prior authorization etc.), includes managing projects with consistent governance with Stakeholders, collaboration with technology and analytics teams on a solutioning, architecture and implementation. This role will be accountable to drive all projects to completion as per defined timelines and roadmap.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Use systems thinking skills, overlay these opportunities on our current operating model and use LEAN and hypothesis based Six Sigma problem-solving techniques to uncover the root cause of inefficiencies and issues
- Assist in developing a digital transformation target operating model which includes recommendations on lean, automation, workflows, web applications, data science and employee training opportunities to improve the client experience
- Partner with product owners, business, and technology leaders to develop a series of minimal viable products (MVPs) to accelerate the pace of client improvements based on sound understanding of AGILE and change management principals
- Frontlines and collaborates well with leaders and with Stateside business partners
- Drives execution in partnership with Automation, technology, and analytics teams across enterprise

Required Qualifications:
- Educational and Licensure:
- Post Grad (MBA Top Tier)
- Project Management certification / Master of Business Administration is an advantage
- Medical background is an advantage
- Work Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience with increasing accountability
- Experience managing complex process improvement projects, including undertaking operational assessments and target operating model design using Lean Six Sigma & Re- Engineering Techniques
- Experience using Business Architecture to articulate automation solutions using platforms such as Ui Path, AI ML (AI and Power Automate
- Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
- Experience solving major project or customer issues
- Extensive experience in working with stakeholders across leadership levels
- Proven excellent communication & presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in change management
