Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Borivali with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for manufacturing and supply of wooden doors and modular furniture, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, tracking material procurement and production schedules, and managing expediting activities to avoid delays. The role involves supervising inspections, monitoring logistics and delivery status, preparing progress reports, and resolving operational issues. The Project Manager will also collaborate with clients to clarify requirements, provide regular updates, and support continuous improvement in project and supply chain processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess experience as an Expeditor and in Inspection to monitor order status, quality checks, and compliance with specifications.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, manage inventory flows, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, furniture, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
