Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Making clear project plans that include goals, deadlines, budgets, and required resources.
  • Creating project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Leading project activities like design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning work.
  • Managing site workers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quantity details.
  • Tracking project costs and ensuring the project stays within the approved budget.
  • Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
  • Single point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the project.
  • Ensuring that all safety and quality standards are followed strictly at the worksite.
  • Keeping all project documents well-organized, including reports, contracts, and progress records.
  • Sharing Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports & plans to Department Head and management.
  • Submission of documents to accounts for billing on competition of each milestone.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience:7 10 years of experience in project execution of chiller systems.
  • Knowledge of Electrical panels, PLC, SCADA and HMI Installations.
  • Skills:Auto Cad, Rivet, MS Projects etc.
  • Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
