Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide successful project execution.

Execution & Technical Oversight

  • Lead all phases of chiller projects including design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and ensure proper site supervision.

Design & Documentation

  • Review and manage technical drawings, ensure proper documentation, and maintain version control.

Cost Control & Procurement

  • Track project costs, manage procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure budget adherence.

Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all project activities adhere to safety standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Billing

  • Prepare timely progress reports and manage project billing and documentation processes.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Projects.
  • Familiar with PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, and electrical panels.
  • Skilled in site coordination and cross-functional team management.
