Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Manager – Odoo ERP,.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end Odoo ERP project delivery, ensuring successful implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, and client satisfaction. The role requires managing multiple ERP implementation projects, coordinating technical and functional teams, monitoring delivery progress, mitigating risks, ensuring timeline adherence, and driving successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation, ERP delivery management, stakeholder engagement, project governance, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end delivery of Odoo ERP implementation, customization, migration, integration, and support projects
• Manage the complete ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Coordinate with Odoo Developers, Functional Consultants, Techno-Functional Consultants, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource planning, and implementation strategies
• Monitor project progress, manage escalations, mitigate risks, and ensure timely project delivery
• Conduct client meetings, implementation reviews, requirement discussions, project status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure delivery quality, implementation standards, project governance, and compliance with client requirements
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and ERP delivery best practices
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation, ERP delivery, project management, or related domains
• Strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation lifecycle, delivery governance, and ERP consulting processes
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation teams and client-facing delivery operations
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional workflows, modules, customization lifecycle, and implementation methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple ERP projects while maintaining timelines and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage
