Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo ERP projects by managing timelines, resources, budgets, and client expectations while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver Odoo ERP implementation projects as per agreed scope and timelines
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and QA
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular project status meetings and stakeholder communications
- Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
- Oversee testing, validation, and client sign-off of Odoo solutions
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in project management within IT or ERP implementations
- Proven experience managing Odoo ERP projects
- Experience working with cross-functional and client-facing teams
