Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing fixed price MuleSoft integration projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in delivering complex integration programs within defined scope, timelines, and budgets, while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MuleSoft integration projects under fixed price (FP) models
• Define project scope, delivery plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Manage project financials including budget tracking, cost control, and margin optimization
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and scope changes proactively
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
• Drive governance, reporting, and status communication to leadership and clients
• Ensure quality delivery aligned with MuleSoft best practices and integration standards
• Manage change requests and ensure minimal impact on project scope and profitability

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management
• Strong experience in managing fixed price / managed service projects
• Hands-on exposure to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity
• Experience in integration projects involving REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, Cloud integrations
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and billing models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect)
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Retail domains (preferred)
