What You Will Do
Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Evaluate current processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and manage stakeholder expectations.
Project Management
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and risk strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, proactively address risks, and resolve issues.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
- Present executive summaries highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and quality.
- Participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
What Will You Need
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management within IT services.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
