Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Data Center and IT Infrastructure projects, including Data Center build-out, DC-DR implementation, IT infrastructure deployment, and modernization initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, vendors, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering to project closure.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
Track project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and customer commitments.
Conduct project governance meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
2. Data Center Infrastructure Deployment:
Lead end-to-end Data Center deployment projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield environments.
Manage planning and implementation of:
Data Center White Space Design
Rack Layout & Rack Elevation Planning
Server, Storage & Network Rack Installation
Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)
Raised Floor Infrastructure
Hot/Cold Aisle Containment
Power Distribution & Redundancy Planning
Intelligent PDU Deployment
UPS Systems & Battery Banks
DG Integration & Electrical Infrastructure
Precision Cooling Solutions
In-Row Cooling Systems
Chiller-Based Cooling Systems
CRAC/CRAH Units
Environmental Monitoring Systems
Fire Detection & Suppression Systems
Access Control & CCTV Systems
3. IT Infrastructure Deployment:
Manage deployment of:
Compute Infrastructure (Rack, Blade & GPU Servers)
Storage (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
Network Infrastructure (Core, Spine-Leaf, TOR Switching)
Virtualization Platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure
Security Infrastructure
4. DC-DR & Migration Projects:
Lead Data Center migration and consolidation projects.
Manage Disaster Recovery implementation, replication, failover testing, and DR drills.
Ensure achievement of defined RPO and RTO objectives.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Coordinate with customers, consultants, facility teams, OEMs, contractors, and implementation partners.
Manage vendor deliverables, procurement dependencies, and site readiness activities.
Drive customer communication and escalation management
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Data Center Infrastructure Deployment and IT Infrastructure Projects.
Understanding of:
Cooling Systems (In-Row, Chiller, CRAC, CRAH)
Electrical Infrastructure & UPS Systems
Rack & Capacity Planning
Structured Cabling
DC-DR Architecture
Server, Storage & Networking Technologies
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Data Center standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute, and ISO 27001.
Preferred Certifications:
PMP / PRINCE2
ITIL Foundation
CDCP / CDCS (Data Center Certifications)
Agile / Scrum
Preferred Experience:
Data Center Build & Commissioning Projects.
Enterprise, PSU, Defence, BFSI, Cloud, AI/HPC Infrastructure Deployments.
Multi-site Data Center and DC-DR Projects.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager who can manage both Facility Infrastructure (Power, Cooling, Racks, Electrical, Fire & Security Systems) and IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network, Virtualization, Cloud, and DR) to deliver complete Data Center projects.
