We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in .NET/Java technologies and 11-15 years of overall professional experience to lead and coordinate Springboot/API projects, ensuring successful delivery while fostering collaboration and efficiency across teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Support development teams by addressing obstacles and guiding them toward their goals
- Monitor team performance and recommend strategies to improve productivity
- Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement and agile best practices
- Engage and align stakeholders with project objectives and deliverables
- Provide detailed reports on team progress and project status to relevant parties
- Ensure alignment of project activities with overall organizational goals
Requirements
- 11-15 years of overall professional experience
- 10+ years of work experience specifically in delivery management and Agile practices
- Proven expertise in Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management
- Background in managing projects with Java and .NET technology stacks
- Knowledge of GEN AI tools
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; Master's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency
