Project Manager ( .Net )

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end project execution, monitoring, and pre-sales activities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery and quality
• Act as the single point of contact/ownership for all project delivery-related aspects
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Translate client functional requirements into technical documentation and actionable tasks
• Collaborate with clients to define release schedules, estimate timelines, and ensure successful delivery
• Ensure client commitments are met on time with quality deliverables
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and accountability
• Work closely with technical teams using Microsoft technologies (.NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Azure, etc.)
• Monitor and track project progress using project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA)
• Ensure alignment with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes and standards
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in project handling, execution, monitoring, and presales
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies:
• .NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core
• Azure and other cloud platforms
• Windows Application (added advantage)
• Familiar with SDLC stages and practical execution
• Proficient in project management tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be enthusiastic, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent team management and client coordination skills
