Our platform enables organizations to understand incremental growth drivers and optimize marketing investments using advanced analytics, causal inference, and machine learning.

As we continue to scale our product portfolio, we are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused project manager—products—who can bring structure, coordination, and delivery excellence across cross-functional product initiatives.

Role Overview

The project manager – products will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of product initiatives across product management, engineering, data science, design, customer success, and GTM teams. The role requires strong program governance, stakeholder management, sprint planning, risk management, and execution tracking capabilities within a fast-paced SaaS and analytics-driven environment.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a matrixed organization, managing multiple concurrent priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of complex product programs involving AI, analytics, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Program Management

  • Drive end-to-end execution of product and platform initiatives from planning to release.
  • Partner with Product Managers to convert business priorities into executable delivery plans.
  • Manage project timelines, sprint schedules, dependencies, milestones, and release tracking.
  • Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Design, and GTM teams.
  • Track delivery risks, blockers, and escalation points proactively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and governance meetings.
  • Establish structured project reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.

Agile & Execution Excellence

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
  • Ensure effective prioritization and resource coordination across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Support teams in improving sprint predictability, execution efficiency, and delivery velocity.
  • Maintain documentation related to project plans, workflows, dependencies, and status dashboards.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as the central coordination point between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical discussions into business-understandable updates.
  • Prepare leadership updates, delivery dashboards, and project summaries.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and GTM teams during product rollouts and launches.
  • Ensure smooth communication across globally distributed teams and functions.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Help define scalable product execution frameworks and governance mechanisms.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive adoption of delivery best practices, project standards, and tracking methodologies.
  • Support implementation and optimization of project management tools and workflows.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing SaaS, AI, analytics, data platform, or enterprise software projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate in fast-changing environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and execution rigor.
  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and leadership stakeholders.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Exposure to one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:

  • AI / Machine Learning products
  • Marketing Measurement Platforms
  • Econometrics / Analytics Platforms
  • Data Engineering & APIs
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Product Analytics Tools
  • Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project tools
  • SQL, dashboards, or analytical workflows

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, management, or a related field.
  • MBA or PMP/Agile certifications would be an added advantage.
  • 6–15 years of experience in project management, product operations, program management, or product delivery roles.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, analytics, AI, AdTech, MarTech, or technology organizations preferred.
