Positions Supervised :Site Engineers , Planning Engineer , Billing Engineer , QA/QC Engineer , Safety Officer , MEP Coordinator ,Store In-charge , Site Supervisors ,Contractors & Subcontractors (Operationally)

Internal Relation: HR, Accounts, Procurement, Projects, Architects, Planning & CRM, Planning and Sales

External Relation: Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers, Govt Authority

JOB PURPOSE: To lead the end-to-end execution of large commercial construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards and safety requirements. The Project Manager will provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams while maintaining effective stakeholder communication and ensuring commercial success of the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Planning & Execution

· Lead complete project execution from mobilization to handover.

· Prepare and implement project execution strategies.

· Develop project schedules.

· Monitor project milestones and critical paths.

· Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines.

2. Construction Management

· Oversee all civil, structural, finishing and MEP activities.

· Ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

· Monitor construction quality.

· Coordinate multiple contractors simultaneously.

· Resolve site execution challenges proactively.

3. Cost & Budget Management

• Manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Monitor project cash flow.
• Approve material requirements.
• Evaluate contractor bills.
• Control wastage and optimize resource utilization.
• Review project profitability periodically.

4. Contract & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with contractors and consultants.
• Review work progress against contractual obligations.
• Monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement support.
• Resolve contractual issues.

5. Safety Management

• Promote Zero Harm culture.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.
• Conduct safety reviews.
• Monitor statutory compliance.
• Ensure safe construction practices.

6. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Attend client review meetings.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants.
• Present project updates.
• Resolve stakeholder concerns.
• Maintain excellent client relationships

7. Project Closure

• Manage snag rectification.
• Coordinate statutory approvals.
• Ensure documentation completion.
• Lead project handover.
• Complete final project closure reports.

Qualification and Experience:

Educational Qualification(s):

· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ M.Tech / MBA (Construction Management / Project Management)/ PMP Certification/ Primavera Certification.

Experience:

· - 15–20 years of experience in commercial building construction.

· - Minimum 8 years leading projects independently.

· - Experience managing projects valued above 200–500 Crores.

· - Exposure to commercial buildings, business parks, IT parks, hospitals, malls, hotels or mixed-use developments.

· - Experience working with reputed developers, EPC contractors or PMCs.

· - Candidates currently based in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune or Gurugram are preferred.

· - Must be willing to relocate to Vasai, Maharashtra.
