Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Ensure Agile principles and practices are followed across teams to drive high performance and delivery.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Guide teams through the Agile process, resolving impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive collaboration and consensus among cross-functional teams.
• Assist in the adoption and scaling of Agile frameworks across the organization where applicable.
