About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – AEON with 5+ years of experience in IT project management and technology delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of AEON platform/product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Agile/Scrum project management and must hold both PMP and Scrum Master certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery for AEON platform/product initiatives.
• Manage AEON feature development, enhancements, integrations, releases, and implementation activities.
• Translate business and product requirements into project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Business, Infrastructure, and other technical teams.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Track project progress against scope, schedule, quality, resources, and delivery objectives.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Drive timely resolution of cross-functional issues and escalate critical risks where required.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, defect resolution, release readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, capacity, and delivery dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, RAID logs, project trackers, dashboards, release plans, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, processes, and delivery methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, Agile practices, governance, and team effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Technology Project Delivery, or Product Project Management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development/technology projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM or equivalent) certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, sprint management, release management, and project governance.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder, client, and senior management communication skills.
• Proven experience in risk, issue, dependency, resource, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced technology environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing technology platforms, SaaS products, enterprise applications, or digital products.
• Experience managing product releases, integrations, API projects, cloud-based applications, or platform enhancements.
• Exposure to AI/ML, cloud technologies, data platforms, or modern application development.
• Experience working with international clients or global delivery teams.
• Experience in a client-facing technology delivery environment.

What We're Looking For

A hands-on Project Manager and Scrum Master who can drive AEON initiatives from planning → development → testing → release → implementation. The candidate should be capable of balancing structured PMP-based project governance with Agile/Scrum practices, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring strong collaboration between business and technology teams.
