About the Role
We are hiring a Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of MRO360 implementations for our global enterprise customers. This is a mission-critical role as our customers are large, complex, multi-site manufacturers/Oil Gas/Mining/Asset Intensive Industry.
You will need to bring structure to ambiguity, drive accountability across customer and internal teams, and protect both timelines and scope without losing sight of the business outcomes our customers signed up for. A deep appreciation of AI-driven products is non-negotiable, because the way we deliver value is fundamentally different from traditional EAM rollouts.
What You'll Do
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of MRO360 implementations from kick-off through discovery, configuration, integration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Lead complex, global, multi-site rollouts across geographies, time zones, and business units.
- Build and govern detailed project plans: scope, milestones, resourcing, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
- Manage senior customer stakeholders- Plant Heads, VPs of Maintenance, CIOs, CFOs with clarity, credibility, and confidence.
- Drive integration workstreams with customer ERP and IT teams (SAP S/4HANA, SAP PM/EAM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and adjacent systems).
- Orchestrate internal pods- Implementation Consultants, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Customer Success, and Product to deliver on commitments.
- Run executive steering committees, status reporting, escalation management, and change control with discipline.
- Translate AI capabilities (predictive maintenance models, anomaly detection, recommendation engines) into deliverable, measurable customer outcomes.
- Identify expansion and value-realization opportunities; partner with Customer Success and Sales on account growth.
- Codify delivery playbooks, accelerators, and best practices to scale the implementation function.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of project / program management experience, with at least 4–5 years delivering enterprise software implementations in the EAM / APM / CMMS / MES space (IBM Maximo, SAP PM/EAM, Oracle EAM, Infor EAM, GE APM, Aveva, Hexagon, or comparable).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, global, multi-site programs on time, on scope, and on budget.
- Strong working understanding of SAP and Oracle ERP landscapes, modules, master data, integration patterns, and the typical politics of an ERP-adjacent rollout.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts in an industrial context. Ability to confidently navigate conversations about data readiness, model performance, and AI-driven outcomes.
- Sharp commercial instincts- you understand SOWs, change orders, margin, and how delivery decisions impact the P&L.
- Outstanding communication, written and verbal; structured, executive-ready reporting comes naturally to you.
- Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites as programs demand.
Bonus Points For
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics) or industrial experience.
- Experience implementing AI-driven products at scale.
- Exposure to multiple manufacturing verticals (process, discrete, automotive, metals, CPG, oil & gas, mining etc).
- Prior experience in a Big 4 / SI delivery role (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, Infosys) on EAM or ERP programs.
