Project Manager

We are an upcoming export-oriented venture based in Surat preparing to launch products into global markets. We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and execution-driven International Business Development & Market Research Specialist. In this role, you will lead target market research, identify and verify international buyers, assist in product positioning, and help map out the operational framework for launch.

Key Responsibilities

International Market & Buyer Research:

Identify potential export markets, target buyer segments, and key trade channels overseas.

Conduct lead generation to source, screen, and maintain a database of verified international importers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Monitor competitor offerings, international pricing strategies, and foreign demand trends.

Project Development & Strategy:

Work closely with the founding team to refine value propositions, product specifications, and global market positioning.

Analyze target-country import regulations, packaging/labeling requirements, and trade compliance needs.

Identify relevant international trade fairs, B2B portals, and export promotion councils to establish brand presence.

Outreach & Relationship Management:

Initiate initial contact, send product presentations/catalogs, and pitch offerings to qualified leads.

Manage follow-ups, gather prospective buyer feedback, and assist in initial price and terms negotiation.

Operational & Logistics Coordination:

Collaborate with local suppliers, production, and freight forwarders to map out shipping schedules and export costing sheets.

Assist in setting up export documentation workflows (Incoterms, shipping terms, L/C requirements).
