About the role
MOLOG is hiring Project Managers to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale programs across government, tourism, infrastructure, and hospitality-linked engagements.
This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and execution discipline to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning, implementation, tracking, and delivery across workstreams
- Establish governance structure, reporting systems, escalation matrix, and milestone tracking
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, vendors, and internal MOLOG teams
- Ensure outputs align with approved scope, objectives, KPIs, and timelines
- Lead program reviews, strategy meetings, and client presentations
- Own documentation, approvals, compliance, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Ensure quality assurance across deliverables (reports, IEC, events, campaigns, portals, etc.)
- Manage budgets, procurement coordination, vendor engagement, and accountability mechanisms
- Guide and mentor team leads and consultants under the project
Qualifications
Any one of the following:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Hospitality & Tourism, or
- Postgraduate degree in Tourism or similar
Experience
Minimum 7 years in project/program management in:
Government consulting / Tourism / Infrastructure / Hospitality / Development sector or similar
