Job Description

Project Managerwith strong experience in managinginterior fit-out and turnkey projectsfrom planning to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, scheduling, cost control, and delivering projects within defined quality, time, and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete end-to-end project execution including planning, coordination, and monitoring
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, daily reports, and progress trackers
  • Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, vendors, and contractors
  • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and workmanship guidelines are met
  • Control project budgets, BOQs, billing measurements, and cost variance
  • Conduct site meetings with clients and consultants
  • Monitor vendor productivity and resolve site-level challenges
  • Prepare snag lists and manage final handover & close-out documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered as per committed timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of turnkey interior execution processes
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, vendor management, and cost control
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and teams

Experience & Qualification

  • Experience: 510 years in interior fit-out or construction project management
  • Qualification: NICMAR / Civil Engineering / Project Management (NICMAR preferred)
