Project Manager MEP

Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager MEP to oversee and manage our MEP projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex MEP installations and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP project from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for MEP installations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve any project-related issues promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
• 10-20 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, read drawing).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
