We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution in Pune and ensure timely, safe and quality delivery of projects from planning through final handover.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, procurement coordination, vendor and subcontractor management, testing & commissioning, client coordination, safety compliance and project handover.

The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, ELV, BMS/IBMS, Security Systems and/or MEP projects, with strong technical and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning and mobilisation through execution, testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, manpower plans and resource requirements.
• Coordinate execution of MEP, Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, ELV, BMS/IBMS and Security Systems.
• Lead site teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of project materials.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify project delays, technical issues and execution risks and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS/progress reports to management.
• Manage client inspections, approvals and technical discussions.
• Coordinate HOTO (Handover/Takeover) activities.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals and other project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, quality and safety parameters.

Qualification & Experience

Mandatory:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in project execution and management.
• Strong experience in Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, ELV, BMS/IBMS, Security Systems and/or MEP projects.
• Proven experience in handling project teams, vendors, subcontractors and clients.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel to project sites as required.

Preferred:

• Certification/experience in Simplex ES Programming.
• Hands-on experience with TSW and Edwards EST.
• Experience handling large-scale industrial and commercial projects.
• Strong exposure to integrated building systems and turnkey MEP projects.
