Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from design through execution and handover. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and deliver MEP projects (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing & firefighting)
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and consultants
- Manage subcontractors and site teams
- Develop project schedules and track progress
- Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards
- Monitor budgets, costs, and procurement activities
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead client meetings and provide regular status updates
- Ensure timely project handover with proper documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 5–12 years of experience in MEP project management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., NBC, ASHRAE, IEC)
- Experience with project planning tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in design/review tools like AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications- PMP certification from Project Management Institute
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
- Experience working with international standards or GCC projects=
