Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Project Plan, Schedule and Budgets. Ensure that all projects are delivered
  • Develop projects scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
  • Lead and Manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Lead project planning session to set project goals, timelines and budget
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and environmental regulations.
  • Monitoring project progress and make adjustments to the plan as needed. Measure Project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly
  • Manage project documentation and records.
  • Identify and implement process improvement for future project
  • Manage relationship with clients and all stakeholders including third parties/ vendor

Requirements

  • Project Management: Strong Project Management skills including planning, executing, monitoring and closing project.
  • Technical Expertise: In depth knowledge of railway systems and locomotive technologies.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving: strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Budgeting: Experience in managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and engage with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Documentation: Proficient in creating detailed project documentation and report.
