Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kochi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of training and coaching projects, ensuring alignment with academic standards, timelines, and budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and resolving operational issues related to course delivery, assessments, and learner support. The role involves liaising with trainers, administrative staff, and external partners, monitoring project performance, preparing status reports, and implementing process improvements. The Project Manager will also support resource allocation, risk management, and logistics related to classes, examinations, and digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating complex training or education projects.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting, to ensure timely delivery of project activities and resources.
• Candidates should possess inspection-focused skills, including Inspection, for quality checks on training delivery, materials, and learner experience.
• Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management, to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and examination logistics.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in management, education, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., MS Excel, project management software) and strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Experience in the education, training, or healthcare sector is an advantage.
