- Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, and execution of a new Manufacturing Line. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, coordination with machine suppliers, cross-functional team alignment, and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete lifecycle of the new machine project from planning to commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise machine installation, trial runs, and production stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
- Support recruitment and training of operational teams for the new facility.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post commissioning.
- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, with 512 years of experience in handling greenfield or brownfield manufacturing projects with installation and commissioning of production machinery.
- Strong project management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
