Project Manager

Mandatory Skills Description:

• - Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or Product Delivery within Treasury, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking, or Financial Services.
• - Strong understanding of Treasury operations, payments, settlements, liquidity management, and transaction processing.
• - Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• - Experience delivering or supporting Digital Asset, tokenisation, blockchain, or DLT-enabled initiatives.
• - Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• - Demonstrated ability to bridge business strategy and technology delivery.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• - Experience with digital asset trading platforms, custody solutions, tokenised assets, stablecoins, or market infrastructure.
• - Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks impacting Treasury and digital assets.
• - Experience within consulting, professional services, or technology services organisations.
• - Exposure to product strategy, business development, or go-to-market leadership responsibilities.
