We are looking for Project Manager having experience in Production Support manager.
The Production Support Manager is a senior individual contributor and team lead responsible for the endtoend stability responsiveness and continuous improvement of the CloudAI production environment This role owns daytoday production support operationsincluding ticket triage resolution proactive monitoring and disaster recovery planningfor all AI products and platforms Additionally this role will coordinate operational efforts tied to cyber initiatives such as disaster recovery execution network upgrades and resourcetimeline planning This person will be supported by an AIOps Engineer and AI Developers on the team and will partner directly with the AIOps Engineer for oncall coverage and incident response
Job Description
5 years in an IT AIML data or cloud operations environment
Demonstrated experience managing or leading a production support operations or NOC function
Handson experience with enterprise ticketing and project tracking systems ServiceNow Manage Engine JIRA or equivalent
Familiarity with AIML products cloud platforms or data pipelines in a production setting
Experience coordinating across onshore and offshore teams
Experience with operational planning for Disaster Recovery network changes or infrastructure upgrades
Core responsibilities
This role is responsible for owning production support across CloudAI products including AI assistants automation tools and reporting solutions It involves leading daily support standups triaging incoming requests ensuring oncall responses within 60 minutes and maintaining accountability for ticket assignment tracking and closure The role also includes documenting nonticket work tracking support effort through recurring tickets partnering with the AIOps Engineer during incidents and coordinating with AI Developers for issue resolution while retaining endtoend ownership
In addition the role has a strong team leadership and operational governance focus It is expected to build and lead a structured support team define responsibilities as the team scales serve as the escalation point for prioritization decisions and establish clear support protocols response standards and escalation paths It also requires close coordination with the AIOps Engineer to align monitoring ing and tooling with support needs

Background in regulated industries such as insurance financial services or healthcare
