Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex software and hardware implementation projects. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle using established project management methodologies
- Develop Project Charter, Statement of Work (SOW), and detailed project plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing status reviews
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project budgets, billing, and accounts receivable
- Ensure scope alignment and manage change requests via formal change orders
- Provide regular project status updates (written and verbal) to stakeholders
- Drive issue resolution and escalate risks impacting project timelines
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management
- Mentor and oversee Project Coordinators
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and project governance standards
Required Experience
- Level 2:10–15 years of technical experience
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience
- Level 3:15–20 years of technical experience
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Certifications (Mandatory)
- PMP / PMI-ACP / PRINCE2 Practitioner / PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub, SVN)
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, FDA) is a plus
- Strong expertise in risk management, scope control, and resource planning
