SagaciousElevate is looking for Project Manager role for Life Science & Chemistry team. Candidate will lead patent search and analytics projects, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables. This role includes full project ownership, client communication, team coordination, and delivering strategic insights across various IP domains in biochemistry or pharmaceutical fields.
Specifically, the Project Manager will
- Lead and manage patent search projects including:
- Patentability, Validity/Invalidity, and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) searches.
- Technology landscapes, white space analysis, and competitor monitoring.
- Advanced IP services such as portfolio analysis, due diligence, and market research.
- Conduct in-depth patent and technical searches using various databases.
- Analyze and summarize search results with strategic insights.
- Prepare and deliver final reports to clients in a clear, value-added format.
- Handle project scoping, proposal writing, and manage deadlines.
- Oversee a team of patent analysts and ensure project quality.
- Act as a key contact for client communication and support.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and team development.
- Support activities typically performed by Assistant Managers/Senior Analysts when required.
Experience
- 3.5 -5 years of experience in patent searching and analytics in life sciences and chemistry.
- Prior experience in managing client-facing projects and small teams.
