Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for high-impact operations initiatives—from scoping and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams across tech, finance, and business units to ensure alignment with program goals and SLAs.
- Develop robust project plans, track KPIs, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Interface with senior stakeholders to report progress, manage expectations, and drive decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Implement and refine project governance frameworks, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models as needed.
- Champion operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, automating reporting, and introducing PMO best practices across the org.
