Job Description: Project Manager – Digital Projects (Oil & Gas / Chemicals)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects for Oil & Gas and Chemical industry clients. The role involves managing cross-functional initiatives spanning enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data & analytics, and Operational Technology (OT) systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects across Applications, Cloud, Analytics, and OT domains
• Define project scope, schedule, cost, and resource plans aligned with customer objectives
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization

Digital Solution Delivery

• Oversee implementation of:
• Enterprise Applications (ERP, Asset Management, Engineering systems, GIS)
• Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP – migration, modernization, cloud-native apps)
• Data & Analytics (Data platforms, dashboards, predictive analytics, AI/ML use cases)
• OT/Industrial Systems (SCADA, DCS, IIoT, Digital Twins, Process Safety systems)
• Ensure integration between IT and OT systems for seamless digital ecosystems

Technical Expertise

• Enterprise applications (SAP, Maximo, AVEVA, Hexagon, etc.)
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Data & Analytics platforms (Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
• OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PI System, Digital Twin platforms)
• Knowledge of IT-OT convergence architectures
