Project Manager

Digital Governance & Transformation

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across government, public sector, or enterprise environments.
• Develop and implement digital governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.
• Drive process modernization through technology-enabled solutions.
• Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.

Enterprise Architecture & IT Systems

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps and standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee integration of enterprise applications, platforms, and digital services.
• Manage IT system lifecycle, modernization, scalability, and operational effectiveness.

Program & Project Management

• Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation programs.
• Manage project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Establish governance mechanisms for technology programs and IT operations.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Create reporting dashboards, KPIs, and governance reviews for leadership.
• Manage audit readiness and documentation standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior leadership, business teams, government stakeholders, and external partners.
• Present program status, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights and governance reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in:
• e-Governance projects
• Digital transformation programs
• Enterprise IT systems management
• Technology consulting or program management

Preferred Certifications (Any one)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Practitioner/Foundation
• ITIL Foundation/Intermediate
• Agile Scrum Master / SAFe Certifications

Preferred Experience

• Government, Public Sector, Smart City, Digital India, or e-Governance projects.
• Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Digital Service Portals, and Citizen Service Platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in policy implementation, compliance management, and governance reporting
