We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and act as the bridge between stakeholders, clients, and the technical delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management:
- Plan, execute, and deliver IT/software projects within defined timelines, scope, and budget.
- Oversee project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define delivery roadmaps and ensure sprint goals align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes using best practices and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
Agile & Scrum Leadership:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Champion Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring adherence across teams.
- Collaborate with Product/Project Owners to prioritize backlog and manage sprint velocity.
- Continuously improve team efficiency and agile maturity.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, designers).
- Set clear goals, manage workloads, and ensure accountability.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a collaborative culture.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Manage expectations through proactive communication and progress reporting.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
PMP & Governance:
- Apply PMP or equivalent project management frameworks to ensure structured delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation (project plans, risk logs, reports, KPIs).
- Report progress to senior leadership and ensure governance compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years leading Agile/Scrum teams.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Agile Coach.
- Strong experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Proven experience in delivery management of software/IT projects.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
