Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage project execution activities, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, resource planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from project kickoff through completion and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve execution-related challenges.
• Manage project documentation, reports, contracts, and change requests.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through successful project delivery and issue resolution.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP/Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
  
  

Experience Required

• 8 to 15 years of overall experience in project execution and project management.
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with industrial, infrastructure, building technologies, HVAC, MEP, or engineering projects preferred.
