Primary Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of assigned healthcare projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Clinical, IT, Training, and Finance to ensure smooth project deployment.
Engage with hospitals, Rehabs, clinics, doctors, and partner organizations to manage expectations and deliver project outcomes.
Develop project plans, SOPs, timelines, resource allocation, and tracking dashboards.
Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts and service-level agreements.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and present updates to management.
Document minutes of the meeting and circulate with the concerned stakeholders and follow up for closure.
Foster continuous improvement by analysing performance metrics and identifying efficiency opportunities.
Coordinate with concerned stakeholders and senior leadership team for weekly & monthly reports.
Required: Any Graduation, preferably from science background
Preferred: With MBA Healthcare
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with project management tools.
Strong skill set in excel & PowerPoint.
Proficiency in healthcare management systems.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
