Functional and Education Experience

• English: Advanced.
• Required Bachelor's university degree.
• AGILEMethodology.
• PMP certification is mandatory.

AsaPlus,not mandatory:MBA or Equivalent Experience from cloud package software implementation Knowledge of SAP delivery methodology - SAP Activate certified or not Spanish LanguageSCRUM certifications.

Managerial Experience

• Project coordination or administrative project management specialist functions.
• Demonstrated ability in managing internal and external client expectations on program requirements and deliverables
• Strong writing, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill sets.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
• Good level of leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members.
• Multicultural sensitivity and work in international environment with global clients
