Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex organizational initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive project execution while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Execute projects using established methodologies and governance frameworks to ensure successful delivery within defined parameters
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize outcomes and maintain financial accountability
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, business units, and stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Develop and implement targeted communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment
Risk & Issue Management
- Conduct comprehensive impact assessments to identify potential risks, dependencies, and affected stakeholder groups
- Develop and maintain risk registers with mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality
- Escalate critical risks and issues to appropriate governance bodies with recommended solutions
Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish project metrics and KPIs to measure progress and effectiveness
- Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive decision-making and problem resolution
- Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes accountability and high performance
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)
- Excellent understanding of project governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience with budget management and resource planning

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
