Role Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional development teams and manage end-to-end SDLC
Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and QA for timely project delivery
Plan, execute, and report project progress, risks, and KPIs
Guide junior developers and manage stakeholder communication

Job Requirements:

3+ years in technical project management with Java development background
Proven experience in leading 5–10 member teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred certifications in Oracle Java and Agile methodologies
Based in Mumbai, must have strong leadership and innovation mindset
