Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project delivery lifecycle — from initiation to closure.
  • Set and manage customer expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate meetings, track progress, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate and execute projects.
  • Use Smartsheet and Salesforce for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and proactively adjust mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors or contractors.
  • Drive change management and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
