We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of complex software projects, particularly in the Contact Center and Cloud domain, and act as the key liaison between internal teams and clients. You will oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment, while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage strong domain knowledge in Contact Center technologies, cloud-based applications, and AWS hosting.
- Manage the execution of contact center projects with multiple interaction channels (voice, video, chatbots, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients, executives, and the development team to define project requirements and scope.
- Create detailed project plans, allocating resources, setting deadlines, and defining communication and testing strategies.
- Supervise each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee and implement thorough testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting for all software deliverables.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and manage change requests as necessary.
- Deliver completed software products to clients and conduct post-delivery performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP Certification is required.
- Proven track record in project management and software development.
- Strong technical background with the ability to grasp complex systems and architecture.
- Experience in managing complex call center deployments with multi-channel capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
