Job Description

Role Overview

The Project Manager – IT Hardware, AV & Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise IT and AV infrastructure deployment projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery including procurement coordination, installation, integration, and final handover while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements.

The role requires close coordination with sales, presales, engineering teams, OEM partners, and customer IT teamsto ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and AV deployment projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Develop detailed project implementation plans and installation schedules.
  • Allocate resources including engineers, technicians, and vendor teams.

2. IT Hardware & Enterprise Deployment

Oversee deployment and installation of:

  • Enterprise servers and storage
  • Networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
  • End-user computing infrastructure
  • Data center infrastructure
  • Security and surveillance solutions
  • Audio Visual (AV) and collaboration systems

Ensure installations are executed as per design, specifications, and customer requirements.

3. Installation & Site Management

  • Coordinate on-site installation activities.
  • Conduct site readiness assessments.
  • Ensure proper configuration, integration, and testing of systems.
  • Monitor installation progress and resolve deployment issues.

4. Project Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress against timelines and milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure proper escalation and resolution of project risks.
  • Handel a team of 8-10 engineers.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure timely communication.
  • Conduct project review meetings and milestone checkpoints.
  • Ensure final project closure with documentation and customer sign-off.

6. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to installation standards and best practices.
  • Maintain quality control during project deployment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover to support or managed services teams.

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise project deployment
  • Experience managing AV, IT hardware, or enterprise solution projects
  • Experience working with OEM vendors and system integrators

Preferred Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • PRINCE2
  • ITIL
