Job Description

Project Manager (12-15 years) to lead complex software and IT projects. This role be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, coordinating resources, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed plans.
Lead and manage project teams, assigning tasks and tracking progress.
Oversee project execution, monitoring budget and resources.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Maintain clear stakeholder communication and reporting.
Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables.
Manage vendors and external resources.
Drive adherence to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related.
12-15 years in Project Management, leading large-scale software/IT projects.
Proven track record of successful project delivery (on time, in budget, to scope).
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
