JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring the successful completion of projects and tasks under the commercial and investment department.
KEY RESULTS and ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage projects and forms a project team and ensures that responsibilities are assigned, and the execution of tasks are completed according to schedule – in case of potential delays, investigate the reasons for it and informs senior management; accordingly.
- Maintains a continuing business relationship with internal staff as well as external consultants/contractors/ partners and clients as part of ongoing activities.
- Balances scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks and adjusts as necessary.
- Reviews and develops investment and commercial related strategies and policies and generates KPIs to monitor and manage relevant goals and objectives.
- Review assigned project to determine and define scope and work procedures/sequences.
- Manage & monitors work progress and reports to management on a weekly basis and ensures that the data/meeting requirements to conduct the project are met.
- Scopes & develop new methods to improve the project and team's efficiency and discusses with senior management for implementation.
- Reviews and develops current policies and strategies and business plans.
- Performs assigned duties by Section Manager or Director in a timely manner and with quality output.
- Ensures necessary project approvals are met with higher management prior to work commencement,
- Monitor and reports on factors influencing business performance.
- Ensures that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to concerned team members.
- Conducts market research and market analysis in relevant business sectors.
- Any additional responsibilities as advised by the department director.

Education
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration from a recognized university
- 8+ years of practical experience in a relevant field
- PMP certificate
