Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

At Inversa Technosoft Pvt. Ltd, we're looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead software development projects from planning to successful delivery. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute software development projects.

- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.

- Gather client requirements and ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality.

- Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.

- Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum is preferred.

- Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or other project management tools is an added advantage.
