Job Title: Project Coordinator - Corporate Interior Fit-Out
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the complete project lifecycle—from site inspection to final handover. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate interiors, site execution, vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Coordinate the complete project lifecycle from site survey to final handover.
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely execution of project milestones as per schedules.
Site Coordination & Operations
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work progress as per approved drawings and project scope.
- Monitor site manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
Vendor & Client Management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Manage vendor finalization, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle client billing, project updates, and communication.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimations, DPR, MPR, WPR, MOM, and progress reports.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, drawings, and handover records.
- Submit regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor testing & commissioning activities.
- Support snag closure and final project handover documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Coordination / Project Management in Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate interior project execution.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management.
